Olga Suanya
Before founding Tinkle, Olga Suanya was Account Director at Vinizius/Young & Rubicam and Wunderman Cato Johnson. She previously worked as a news journalist for TVE Catalunya and for the newspaper Regió7. Olga continues in her role as Guest Professor at UB, Universitat Ramon Llull and Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. She is also co-author of the book El cliente social: Los retos de la atención al cliente en el Universo de las redes sociales, published by Profit. Olga has degrees in Journalism from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Geography and History (specialising in Cultural Anthropology) from UB.
Agustina San Germán
Before becoming Managing Director of Onion, which is part of the Tinkle ecosystem, Agustina San Germán led a range of projects for Latin American markets based at Tinkle Miami. She founded one of the first social media agencies in Argentina and previously worked as Marketing Manager at Danone and Reckitt Benckiser in Argentina, with a range of responsibilities for the Southern Cone. Agustina regularly speaks at professional digital, social and disruption forums in Spain and Argentina. She has a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing from Universidad de Palermo, both in Argentina.
Alba Yáñez
Before founding and working as Editor at Plateselector.com, a platform and agency for disseminating information and events that highlight issues related to food and drink, which is part of the Tinkle ecosystem, Alba Yáñez worked at Vogue, Metal Magazine and la Monno Magazine. She also presented the GOLAFRES section on Catalunya Radio and is the author of FOODTRUCKS: Comida de autor sobre ruedas, published by Planeta. Alba’s interest in cooking was passed down to her as a child from her mother, a professional cook. Having gained culinary knowledge from an early age, Alba is now interested in any establishment that serves food from the heart, with a story, respect for their surroundings and the environment and anything that is done with love.
Alejandra Cortés
Before joining Tinkle in 2006, Alejandra Cortés worked on audio-visual projects at Antena 3 TV and as an Executive at Weber Shandwick. She is passionate about communication in all formats, whether visual or written. Alejandra is a member of the Pacific Crest Trail Class of 2016 and completed more than 45 days of survival and coexistence with nature in the United States, travelling the trail that passes through more than 30 forests and natural parks on the west coast, between Mexico and Canada. She has a degree in Audio-visual Communication from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija and a Master’s degree in Political and Corporate Communication from Universidad de Navarra and George Washington University.
Alicia González
Before joining Tinkle, Alicia González worked at Burson-Marsteller and Román y Asociados. Alicia lived for two years in Ireland, where she worked in University College Dublin’s International Communications Department. She previously worked as a journalist at COM Radio and Onda Rambla. Alicia has a degree in Journalism from UAB in Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Communication from IDEC, Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She also has postgraduate qualifications in Marketing Techniques from EADA and Digital Strategic Communication from IDEC, Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
Alvaro Quesada
Before joining Tinkle Singapore, which is a regional office for Asia Pacific, in 2014, Alvaro Quesada led the Digital Department at Grey Group in Spain. Alvaro’s degree was in Audio-visual Studies at CEU San Pablo University and after completing a Master’s degree in TV, he worked for programmes with the Spanish national broadcaster RTVE and on Vaughan Radio and TV. He has taught Community Management at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid and is a regular speaker at conferences, courses and Master’s programmes on Digital Communication in Europe and Singapore.
Anna Diloy
Before founding Tinkle, Anna Diloy was an Account Director at Burson-Marsteller and led the crisis management and spokesperson training team. Prior to this, she worked at Vanguardia Publicaciones and in Catalunya Radio’s news department. She was a Lecturer at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and General Secretary of the Instituto de Desarrollo Periodístico, and Anna maintains her connection with the university as a Guest Professor on the Business Communication Master’s programme. Anna has trained at Escuela Witryh, specialising in Integral Yoga, and has a FEYS-accredited qualification. She is currently studying a Master’s degree in yoga teacher training, is a Reiki Master and teaches private Corporate Wellness classes. She has a degree in Journalism from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
Anna Viladot
Before joining Tinkle, Anna Viladot was responsible for external communication and led corporate projects at Almirall and Novartis. She also worked as a reporter and producer at TV3 and BTV. Anna has degrees in Audio-visual Communication from UAB and Business Management and Administration from UB in Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Media Management from Bournemouth University in the UK.
Antonio Toca
Before joining the Tinkle team in 2010 as a Social Media Strategist, Antonio Toca worked at Territorio Creativo from its outset and had previously been part of the founding team at Weblogs SL. Antonio was a professional blogger from 2004 to 2010 and is also co-author of the book Sentido Social: La comunicación y el sentido común en la era de Internet Social, published by Profit. Antonio taught Social Media at IEB and has a degree in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MBA from IE.
Aroa Casas
Before joining Tinkle in 2006, Aroa Casa worked as a producer and scriptwriter for economy and finance programmes on Punto Radio. She was also one of the first financial and business reporters for www.economiadigital.es. Aroa previously worked for several audio-visual media outlets, including the news services of the XTVL association of local TV networks and Mataró TV. Aroa has a degree in Journalism from UAB in Barcelona.
Begoña Moreno
Before joining Tinkle in 2001, Begoña Moreno occupied various senior positions at Llorente y Cuenca and OAK Power Communication. She was also Press Chief for Begoña Villacís, the Ciudadanos party candidate for the 2015 Madrid mayoral campaign and Communications Director for the 2004 European Swimming Championships in Madrid. Begoña has been a Guest Professor at the Faculty of Communication at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and she has a degree in Journalism from the same institution.
Blanca Segade
Before joining Tinkle in 2006, Blanca Segade worked in communication for the Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de Santiago de Compostela. She was also a member of the official press team for Xacobeo 2004 and worked as a health and lifestyle writer for Europa Press in Madrid. Blanca has a degree in Advertising and PR from Universidad de Valladolid and a Master’s in Corporate Communication from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Carla Ibañez
Before joining Jazz, which is part of the Tinkle ecosystem, Carla Ibañez worked for four years as a planner at Grey Barcelona and at Creative Orchestra in London. Carla started her career working as a journalist for Barcelona TV and Barça TV. She has a degree in Journalism from Universitat Ramón Llull in Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Advertising, specialising in Creativity and Planning, from Buckinghamshire New University in the UK.
Claudia Safont
Before joining Tinkle, Claudia Safont worked in a range of media outlets, including La Vanguardia and as EFE correspondent in Buenos Aires. She has also worked in a range of internal communication departments at Spanish companies, such as Gas Natural Fenosa. Claudia currently teaches at Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona. She has a degree in Journalism from the Facultad de Comunicación Blanquerna-Ramon Llull and a specialist qualification in corporate communication and digital branding from UOC.
Conchita Lucas
Before joining Tinkle as founder and director of Tinkle Valencia, Conchita Lucas was a founder of Ediciones Plaza, S.L., a leading digital media publisher (www.valenciaplaza.com), as head of business and marketing director. Conchita started out at SOGECABLE in the commercial productions department for the Cuatro TV channel and has worked as a programme writer for Unidad Editorial and as a member of the production team at production company Ganga for the Spanish TV series “Cuéntame cómo pasó”. Conchita has a degree in Audio-visual Communication from Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU San Pablo in Valencia. She has a Master’s in Audio-visual Production and the New Arts of Communication from TRACOR in Madrid and a Master’s degree in Community Management from UNED.
Eduard Busquets
Before joining Tinkle in 2013 as Head of Technology at DSeed, Eduard Busquets was founder and technology director at Control+Z for four years. He was also a shareholder and CTO in two start-ups (FirstClap and YesWeCampus). Eduard has a higher degree in IT Engineering from the UPC Barcelona Tech.
Eva Anaya
Before joining Tinkle in 1999, Eva Anaya was a journalist at TV Vallés, M80 Radio and Dossier Econòmic. She started her career as Head of Content for Starmedia’s online portal LatinRed. Eva continues to teach at UAB and Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has a degree in Journalism from UAB and a Master’s in Business Communication and New Technologies from IDEC, UPF.
Eva Angelina
Before joining Tinkle in 2012 as a Graphic Design and Production specialist, Eva Angelina worked at Carrots and Young & Rubicam. She collects flamingos, has two cats and is a fan of Crossfit. Eva has experience and training in other artistic disciplines such as Special Effects, Art Direction and Stage Design for audio-visual projects and she always knew she would work in a creative environment.
Evelia Villada
Before joining Tinkle in 2010, Evelia Villada worked in corporate communication at Bassat Ogilvy Comunicación and as a journalist for Onda Cero and Europa Press. Evelia has a degree in Audio-visual Communication from Universidad de Navarra and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication and Advertising from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
Gema Blasco
Before founding Tinkle Internacional and moving to Singapore in 2013, Gema Blasco completed her 20-year career as a tax lawyer in the position of Partner in the Tax Division and Head of International Taxation at Gómez-Acebo y Pombo, after working as a Partner at the Padrol-Munté firm, Senior Manager at PWC, Manager at Coopers & Lybrand and Lawyer at Folchi y Asociados Abogados. She currently plays an active role in the Equal-Art equine-assisted therapy programme for integrating vulnerable children and young people run by the Singapore Government’s Ministry of Social and Family Development and is a patron of the Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre in Madrid. As a lawyer, she combined her legal practice with teaching and academic work, as an Associate Professor of Tax Law at UB in Barcelona, holding the Joan-Francesc Pont Chair in Tax Law from 1994 to 2010, and as a regular speaker at the monthly seminars organised by Fundación Magín Pont Mestres y Antonio Lancuentra Buerba. Gema is the co-author of the tax law books published by Marcial Pons publishing house and UB and the author of articles in legal journals, including Revista técnica Tributaria and Revista Impuestos. She has a degree in Law from UAB, which included a period of study at Università di Bologna, and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
Ingrid Arroyo
Before joining Tinkle, Ingrid Arroyo worked as Product Manager at Oysho (Inditex) and Partnership Director at Mobile Dreams Factory. She also spent time in Colombia where she worked as Marketing Director for Zalando (Rocket Internet GmbH), co-ordinating the department ahead of the brand’s launch throughout Latin America. Ingrid was Director of Marketing and Sponsorship at the Tuenti social network for four years and previously combined her work with teaching on the Master’s programme in Fashion e-commerce at ESADE Barcelona. Ingrid has a degree in Advertising and PR from ESIC.
Isabel Leong Jiarong
Before joining the Tinkle team in Singapore, Isabel Leong Jiarong worked at NOW! Singapore and AsiaOne as a Storyteller and Engaging Manager. She was also Director of The Culture Trip. Isabel started out in PR at the Ogilvy office and at Samsung in Singapore. She has published content in The Huffington Post, Trip101, City Nomads, Mothership, Passport Chop and MoneyDigest, among others. Isabel has Bachelor’s degrees in Social Sciences and Business/Corporate Communications from Singapore Management University.
Javier Curtichs
Before founding Tinkle, Javier Curtichs was Managing Director of Burson-Marsteller for Spain and Portugal; Managing Director of Weber-Shandwick in Madrid and Barcelona; and Director of Projects at Porter Novelli Madrid. He began his career at Edelman’s Madrid office and at the headquarters of Arnold in Boston (USA). Javier is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Fundación José Ortega y Gasset – Gregorio Marañón and the Academic Board of the Instituto Internacional de Ciencias Políticas (IICP). He is also an international relations adviser to the Chairman of the Fundación Universitaria Europea de Relaciones Públicas. He is the co-author of Sentido Social: La comunicación y el sentido común en la era de la Internet Social, published by Profit, and wrote the prologue to the Spanish edition of The Social Organization: How to Use Social Media to Tap the Collective Genius of Your Customers and Employees, published by Harvard Business Review Press. Javier also undertook a period of considerable teaching work on the Communication and Politics Master’s courses at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Universidad de Barcelona and Universidad Pompeu Fabra. He has a BA in Communications Studies and an MA in Political Communications from Emerson College, Boston (USA), as well as an Executive MBA from IE.
Javier de Soto
Before becoming connected to Tinkle, Javier de Soto worked in Business Development at Bankinter and Citibank. He is a member of the Academic Council of the Institution Internacional de Ciencias Políticas (IICP). Javier has a degree in Economics and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
Jessica Bodoutchian
Before joining Tinkle, Jessica Bodoutchian worked in the Advertising Creativity and Online Strategy departments at agencies such as Ogilvy, Publicis and Lowe. She also worked as a journalist for different publications specialising in marketing and business and is the co-founder of Plátanoverde magazine. Jessica teaches Social Media Analytics at Foxize School. She has a degree in Journalism from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and a postgraduate qualification in Strategy and Creativity for Interactive Media from UAB in Barcelona.
Jorge Tejada
Before joining Tinkle’s operations in Latin America, Jorge Tejada worked as social media manager at the Riviera Maya Destination Marketing Office in Mexico. He has worked as a Destination Marketing Strategist for a leading hotel and timeshare chain in Mexico, Sunset World. Jorge has a degree in Communication with Honours from UDLAP in Mexico and recently completed a postgraduate degree in Digital Communication and Marketing at UAB (Barcelona).
José Balido
Before joining Tinkle’s operations in Miami, José Balido was a founding partner of the Roar Media PR agency in Florida. Prior to that, he worked as a tourism journalist for a range of media and a scriptwriter in the Mexican film industry and for US TV. A graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC, José speaks six languages including Chinese, French and Italian. He is passionate about new technologies, social media and dogs.
José María Zamarro
Before joining Tinkle in 2003, Jose Maria Zamarro was Editor of the financial magazine Dinero, Editor-in-Chief of financial daily La Gaceta de los Negocios, Senior Writer at Cinco Días and ABC (always in the economy and business sections). José María was Editor of the Spanish edition of Winning Investors Over: Surprising Truths About Honesty, Earnings Guidance, and Other Ways to Boost Your Stock Price by Professor Baruch Lev of the Stern School of Business at NYU for Harvard Business Review Press. He has a degree in Journalism from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Jota Marques
Before joining Jazz Tinkle, Jota Marques was Head of Innovation for Ferrari S.p.A projects in Milan, Italy. He was previously part of the Nike Fuel global project for Nike+ as Digital Creative Director in AKQA, EUA. During his first period in Spain he worked as Digital Creative Director at Grey Madrid and later at Herraiz&Soto and Wunderman in Barcelona. Always motivated to move beyond advertising, creating innovative products and services, he has made his mark in the national and international market with accolades including Cannes Lions, D&AD and LIA Awards, Art Directors Club of Europe, El Sol, Webby Awards, FWA, Awwwards and MediaStars. Jota combines his professional activity with teaching classes in Creative Direction at IED Madrid and Design Experience at Complot in Barcelona. He is also a lecturer at the Insituto Marangoni’s School of Design and Fashion in Milan (Italy) and the RedHook School of Creativity in Brazil. Jota has a degree in Social Communication from Universidad Integrada de Brasil and a Master’s in Strategy and Interactive Creativity from UAB in Barcelona.
Juan Navaza
Before founding and leading Plateselector.com, a platform and agency for disseminating information and events that highlight issues related to food and drink, which is part of the Tinkle ecosystem, Juan Navaza worked for 10 years in the IT sector with major projects for La Caixa and Gas Natural in Barcelona and for Sky News in Edinburgh. Juan has a degree in IT Engineering from UOC.
Khaled Abbas Marcet
Before founding and leading Plateselector.com, a platform and agency for disseminating information and events that highlight issues related to food and drink, which is part of the Tinkle ecosystem, Khaled Abbas Marcet worked in leadership positions in Media Contacts, Zenith Media and Arena. Alongside these roles, he has also been a professor of Advertising at ESERP Business School and UAO CEU. Khaled is also co-founder of Servicio Continuo (a late-dining cocktail bar in Barcelona) and has degrees in Sociology from UB and UAO CEU in Barcelona.
Laura Garcia
antes de integrar a Tinkle Singapura, trabalhou como Content Executive na central Booking.com em Amesterdão durante 3 anos. Foi também product manager na Amazon-BuyVIP, executiva na FORTA e executiva na Bassat Ogilvy Comunicación em Madrid. É licenciada em Advertising & Business Communications pela ESIC e tem um Master em Advertising & PR pela Universidade de Valladolid.
Lorena Corfas
Before joining Tinkle in 2005, Lorena Corfas was a communication strategy leader in Argentina, Switzerland and Spain for agencies such as WeberShandwick and Ketchum and companies such as Fedes, Microsoft, Pfizer, MerckSerono, The Carlyle Group and CNN, along with projects on behalf of the World Economic Forum. Lorena has a degree in Communication from UBA in Buenos Aires, a French Studies diploma from UNIGE in Geneva and a postgraduate qualification in Multimedia Journalism from UPC · Barcelona Tech.
Lorena Rodriguez
Before joining Tinkle in Singapore, Lorena Rodriguez worked in Social and Digital at Grey and as a Reputation Expert at Oerreeme. Prior to that, and before she moved to Madrid, Lorena led the digital transformation of a group of German magazines in Munich. Lorena studied Journalism at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and at Universidad Católica de Caracas.
Luke Larraona
Before joining Tinkle in 2013, Luke Larraona was a Creative at Social Noise. He has both traditional and digital experience and was involved in successful campaigns for major brands, such as the award-winning ‘Pastillas contra el dolor ajeno’ campaign for Médicos Sin Fronteras in Spain. By day, Luke is part of the team at Tinkle, providing his experience and ideas. By night, however, he can be found singing the classic Spanish pop song ‘Eres tú’ in karaoke bars across the city, where he is applauded by the public and critics alike. An expert in road trips, he can tackle any map and vehicle with ease. Luke has a degree in Advertising and PR from Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU and completed the fourth year of his degree at Berlin’s Freie Universität.
Magda Méndez
Before joining Tinkle Portugal, Magda Méndez led the health team at Tinkle Barcelona. She previously worked as Chief Press Officer for the Catalan Public Healthcare System (Catsalut – Catalan Regional Government Health Department) and as Journalist, Scriptwriter and Producer for several Spanish media outlets such as Europa Press, TVE, Catalunya Ràdio and Avui newspaper. She has a degree in Audio-visual Communication from UAB and several specialist qualifications in 2.0 communication, crisis management and speechwriting, among others. Magda is a Collaborating Professor at UOC on the Strategic and Creative Communication in Organisations module on the Corporate Communication, Protocol and Events Master’s programme.
Maite Martí
Before becoming Administrative Director of Tinkle in 2001, Maite Martí led the Finance Department at Burson Marsteller Madrid for 12 years. She started out at the professional firm of Esbrí Economistas and Auditores in Barcelona after having also worked at DSD Design. Maite is a trained accountant and has a Master’s degree in Financial Management.
Marcos Morales
Before joining Tinkle in 2013, Marcos Morales worked as Creative and Production Director at Archibald Ingall Stretton, which is part of the Havas Group. A pioneer in creating online content channels 20 years ago, the first extranet to be developed in Spain was made under his leadership. Although a Humanities specialist, Marcos learned about trends and the new digital world through his participation in the different editions of Campus Party, now considered to be a hotbed for digital talent. This experience subsequently led to positions mainly in Technology and Advertising departments. Marcos has worked across the IT and Marketing worlds at companies such as Grupo Zena and Sistemas 4B, while also providing consulting services to RTVE, Telefónica, Vodafone and Samsung. Marcos is also a blogger at Pixel and Dixel and combines creating tech content with his other passion, cooking, of which he is currently showing his extensive experience in a new blog that he co-directs with other specialists. Marcos has a Humanities degree from UAM in Madrid.
Marta Abella
Before becoming co-leader of the Onion project, which is part of the Tinkle ecosystem, Marta Abella was Director of Territorio Creativo in Barcelona and Marketing Director at companies such as Sage and Manusa. Her teaching experience includes modules related to social media, communication management and creativity in social media in renowned schools such as IQS, KSchool and Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Marta has a Law degree, a master’s degree in Marketing and Communication and an MBA.
Mizuho Sasaki
Before joining Tinkle International, Mizuho Sasaki was Senior Marketing Manager at Studio Miu Art and Marketing Manager at D’peak Art Space in Singapore. She previously worked at Novus Media Solutions and Total Learning Concept in Tokyo. Mizuho was brought up in Japan and the Philippines, she studied in Australia and Sweden and has been working in Singapore for several years. She has a degree in Contemporary Art from the University of Tasmania and a graduate certificate in Visual Arts from the University of Newcastle Australia, along with an MA in Visual Culture from Lund University in Sweden.
Mònica Bassas
Before joining Tinkle, Mònica Bassas was Content Director for several MC Ediciones publishing group publications. She previously worked as Editor-in-Chief of several technology magazines and as a reporter for different media outlets such as COM Radio and Agencia EFE. Mònica is a Guest Professor on the Master’s course in Political Communication at Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona and she has a degree in Information Sciences from UAB.
Montse Castellana
Before joining Tinkle, Montse Castellana was a senior executive at Parque Tecnológico del Vallés and the Institut d’Estudis Catalans. She previously contributed to La Vanguardia Publications and was a member of the editorial team at Segre newspaper and at TV3’s local office in Lleida. Montse teaches on the Master’s programme in Political and Social Communication at Universitat Ramon Llull and has a degree in Journalism from UAB in Barcelona.
Nuria Salas
Before founding Tinkle in 1999, Nuria Salas worked at ACH Madrid and at Ulled y Asociados. She previously worked as a journalist at Cadena COPE and Onda Cero. Nuria successfully completed the 45 days of survival and coexistence with nature on 4,286km of the famous Pacific Crest Trail, travelling through 25 forests and 7 natural parks in the US. She is Guest Professor at Universidad Complutense de Madrid’s Communication Faculty and is co-author of the book El cliente social: Los retos de la atención al cliente en el Universo de las redes sociales, published by Profit. Nuria has a degree in Journalism from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Paloma Pastor
Before joining Tinkle in 2006, Paloma Pastor held a senior position at Marmick Comunicación, worked as Head of Press at the Instituto de Formación Online and as an Executive in the communication department at APD. Paloma was also the Director of Communication at the first and second edition of the Digital Enterprise Show (DES). She taught Journalism at the Instituto Asturiano de la Mujer on several different courses and seminars and also worked as a journalist for a range of different audio-visual and print media outlets. Paloma has a degree in Journalism from UPSA (Salamanca) and a Master’s degree in Business Communication and Digital Journalism from Escuela Europea de Negocios.
Paolo Dossena
Before joining the team at Dseed in 2015, part of the Tinkle ecosystem, Paolo Dossena worked as Digital Acquisition Director at the international agency Onetomarket/Market Valley, SEO Manager at major B2C and B2B companies such as Groupalia and Mecalux and on official projects for the European Union. Paolo has a degree in History from Università del Piemonte Orientale in Italy.
Paula Malingre
Before joining Tinkle, Paula Malingre was an Academic Co-ordinator and Head of Communication at the Observatorio de Comunicación Científica. She previously worked as a news coordinator, reporter and presenter on Spanish national radio (RNE) and as a consultant for communications agency Llorente y Cuenca. Paula has a PhD in Communication and Journalism from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a specialist qualification in Marketing from UNED.
Pilar Colomer
Before joining Tinkle, Pilar Colomer worked in corporate communication at Burson-Masteller. She was News Reporter for Antena 3 TV and radio station Onda Cero. Pilar has a degree in Journalism from Universidad de Navarra.
Ramón Olle
led the strategic planning department at Grey in Spain for 11 years. In his time at Grey, he made the planning department a benchmark in Spain, according to several independent studies and rankings (such as Scope ’14), and internationally as part of WPP. Ramón has always been very active in researching and promoting his profession and specialism, combining his work at Grey with his role as Branding Professor at ESADE Business School, a contributor to the Harvard Deusto magazine and publishing books such as El Account Planning en España for Universidad de Navarra press (2010) and El Nuevo Brand Management: Como plantar marcas para hacer crecer negocios for Ediciones Deusto (2008). Ramón was also one of the drivers and founders of ESADE and Columbia University’s Centro de la Marca (2003-06) and the early stages of the Spanish association of strategic planners, APG Spain (2012-14). He has a degree in History from UAB, in Advertising and PR from ESRP and specialist qualifications in Marketing from Harvard Business School and Branding from Columbia University. Ramón also has an MBA from La Salle/Manhattan College and a PhD from UAO CEU.
Rocio Núñez
Before joining Jazz in 2016, Rocio Núñez worked as a Director at Tinkle from 2011, a Digital Marketing Consultant at Havas Digital, a Digital Account Manger at Outside Line (Saatchi&Saatchi), a pioneering digital communications agency in London, and as an Account Executive at Chilworth Communications advertising agency, also in London. Rocio is also co-author of the book El cliente social: Los retos de la atención al cliente en el Universo de las redes sociales, published by Profit. She has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad de Alicante.
Rui Silva
Before joining Tinkle Lisbon in 2015, Rui Silva worked as an Account Director in multinational agencies such as Porter Novelli and Weber Shandwick, leading the financial services, consumer and corporate teams. Rui is a Senior Communications and Corporate Affairs Executive with extensive experience in working with companies from industries including consulting, banking, aeronautics, business associations, FMCG and technology. In 2005, he won the “Sabre Awards” Certificate of Excellence in the Corporate Image category for work on behalf of consultancy firm Mercer. He has a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões.
Sandra Antunes
Before joining Tinkle in 2008, Sandra Antunes worked as Team Director at Porter Novelli, leading the corporate, healthcare and IT departments. She currently leads the Tinkle Portugal team, specialising in corporate, public affairs and crisis projects, and provides media and social media management training. Sandra is co-author of Sentido Social – A comunicação o senso comum na era da Internet social, a practical guide to digital communication. Sandra has been a Guest Professor at Instituto Superior de Comunicação Empresarial, she has an degree in Corporate Communications from Instituto Superior de Comunicação Empresarial and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Communication from Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões.
Sara Pedrosa
Before joining Tinkle, Sara Pedrosa worked with the communications team at the Catalan Regional Government’s Ministry of the Economy and the President’s Office (the Government’s Communication Office) for two terms of office. She was also Head of Communication at Grupo Repsol. Sara started out as a journalist in the financial newspaper Dossier Economic. She has taught on the training course for entrepreneurs run by Figueres City Council. She has a degree in Advertising and PR from UAB, a Master’s in Business Communication from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master’s in Marketing Management from UOC. Sara has trained as an Essene therapist and a Reiki Master. She is currently studying Integral Yoga at Escuela Witryh, with a FEYS-accredited qualification.
Sarah Estébanez
Before joining Tinkle in 2003, Sarah Estébanez took on different roles in the Audio-visual Production Department at McCann and the Communications Department of the Spanish Red Cross. During her studies, Sarah discovered her true passion lay in corporate communication, which led to further experience in the world of Political and Institutional Communication before coming to Tinkle. Sarah worked closely on the publication in Spain of the book Winning Investors Over: Surprising Truths About Honesty, Earnings Guidance, and Other Ways to Boost Your Stock Price by Professor Baruch Lev of the Stern School of Business at NYU for the Harvard Business Review Press. She believes in communication in itself, beyond formats, platforms or sectors, and considers that all companies have their own space; they just need to explore it. Sarah has a degree in Communication from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s degree in Political and Institutional Communication from the same university, with another Master’s in Protocol from UNED.
Susana Fernández
Before joining Tinkle in 2000, Susana Fernández worked at Perception&Image. A trained journalist, Susana’s philosophy is based on a natural approach, without forcing things through artifices that detract from their harmony and principles, as suggested by Wu Wei thinkers, although she also believes in always taking creativity and innovation into consideration (without losing effectiveness). Susana has qualifications in Social Media Management from UNED; she has a degree in Journalism from UPSA (Salamanca) and a Master’s degree in Communication in Public and Political Institutions from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Víctor Fernández
Before leading Tinkle’s e-reputation services, Victor Fernández worked at Nissan Motor Ibérica in the Internal Communication Department, having previously gained considerable expertise in corporate and sports communication. Victor is an expert in managing the digital footprint of people and brands in search engines. An e-reputation professor at UB’s Escuela Superior de Relaciones Públicas, Victor has degrees in Journalism and Advertising and Public Relations from AOU CEU. He also has a Master’s degree in Marketing from the Barcelona School of Management at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master’s degree in SEO and SEM from INESDI Digital School.
